People are welcome to stay onsite in vans for a fee of £50 to cover use of amenities.

Elmley Nature Reserve has a wonderful selection of accommodation including rooms in the farmhouse and cottage, shepherds huts and bell tents available for both nights with breakfast included.

If guests want to make a little holiday of their time in the area, suggestions slightly further afield include the lovely market town of Faversham - 30mins away - which has a number of nice B&Bs and pubs, we particularly recommend the Shepherds House. Whitstable is 35mins away and has a number of boutique hotels/B&Bs (as well as great places to eat!); and Canterbury is about 40 mins away with plenty of places to stay. Also, Leeds Castle (30mins) has upmarket B&B rooms and there is a Mercure nearby.

Car:

 

Car parking spaces are limited so if you are planning to arrive this way do let us know asap.

Train:

 

The closest train station is Swale, on the Sheerness line. Trains from London Victoria, St Pancras and Stratford International go directly to Sittingbourne. From Sittingbourne you can pick up a taxi (around 15 mins drive) or change to get a train to Swale (3 miles from Elmley).

​

For those arriving by train on Wednesday 6th Jasper's sister Olivia has kindly offered to do some shuttling, if this interests you please let us know and we can set up a WhatsApp group to sync up arrivals!

The last train back to London Victoria leaves Sittingbourne at: 23:03

When booking we would be very grateful if you could remind the drivers to drive slowly up the entrance track to minimise any disturbance to the wildlife.
